By using Nook for Two ("Nook", "the app"), you agree to these terms.
Nook is a private shared space for couples. It provides chat, photo sharing, memos, a shared calendar, and a places map — all synced between two paired users.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all content you create in Nook. We do not claim any rights over your messages, photos, memos, or other data. We store your content solely to provide the service to you and your partner.
Nook may offer optional paid features ("Nook Pro"). Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. Either partner in a pair may purchase a subscription, which applies to both users.
You may stop using Nook at any time by unpairing and deleting your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Nook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Nook.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
